If you need to report a defective charger that is in-warranty, where possible, please determine in the first instance that the charger is the source of the problem (e.g. by verifying that your battery(ies) takes charge from other chargers).
If you are certain that the charger is at fault, please:
1. Remove the label from the charger, keeping the label in one piece
2. Cut the label in two, ensuring that the serial number is still legible
3. Cut the charger cable at the Rosenberger (magnetic) plug end
4. Photograph the above in a single picture where the serial number is visible, and attach in an email to support@copenhagencycles.com.
If you are uncertain about the nature of any charging problems, please do not destroy your charger and instead contact Copenhagen Cycles in the first instance at support@copenhagencycles.com.
